Full-Time Contract Sign-On Bonuses
Registered Nurse (RN): $1,000
- 13 weeks, 36 hours per week.
- You’ll get $250 after 4 weeks, another $250 at 8 weeks, and the final $500 at contract completion.
Licensed Vocational Nurse (LVN): $600
- 13 weeks, 36 hours per week.
- $150 after 4 weeks, another $150 at 8 weeks, and $300 at the finish line.
Certified Nursing Assistant (CNA): $300
- Complete 80 hours within 30 days.
- $75 after 30 hours, $75 after 60 hours, and $150 at 80 hours.
Per Diem Sign-On Bonuses
RN: $250
- Complete 80 hours in 60 days.
- Payouts: $62.50 after 30 hours, another $62.50 at 60 hours, and $125 at 80 hours
LVN: $200
- Complete 80 hours in 60 days.
- $50 after 30 hours, another $50 at 60 hours, and $100 at 80 hours.
CNA: $100
- Complete 60 hours in 60 days
- Payouts: $25 after 20 hours, another $25 at 40 hours, and $50 at 60 hours.

Referral Bonus Program
If you know someone who’d be a fit for Reliable Carestaff, send them our way. Here’s what you need to know:
- How to Refer: Just fill out our online referral form with both your details and theirs.
- New Contacts Only: Referrals need to be new—no one who’s already in our system or worked with us in the past year.
- Start Within 90 Days: They need to start working with us within 90 days of the referral application date.
- Qualified Specialties: Roles like RNs, LVNs, CNAs, and other key healthcare positions all qualify for bonuses.
- Bonus Conditions: To qualify, your referral must complete their contract and work at least 80 hours.
- Payouts: You’ll see your referral bonus on the next payroll cycle once your referral hits 80 hours.
Key Things to Keep in Mind
- One Bonus Only: You can choose between the Sign-On Bonus or Referral Bonus—not both. This is set during onboarding.
- Completion Required: Bonuses are only paid out after all required hours are completed.
- Early Exit: If a clinician doesn’t complete their hours, any unpaid bonuses are forfeited.
- Tax Reporting: Bonuses are subject to taxes and will be reported on your W-2 or 1099.
- Program Changes: Reliable Carestaff reserves the right to change or end the program at any time.
